How To Make Jersey Mike’s Philly Cheesesteak Recipe
A classic Philly-style sandwich with thinly sliced beef, sautéed onions, and melted cheese on a hoagie roll.

Ingredients
- 1 pound thinly sliced rib-eye steak
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 4 hoagie rolls
- 4 slices of provolone cheese
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F.

Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the sliced onions and sauté until they are soft and translucent.

Add the sliced beef to the skillet and season with salt and pepper.

Cook the beef for 5-7 minutes or until it is no longer pink.

Place the hoagie rolls on a baking sheet and add a slice of provolone cheese to each roll.

Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 2-3 minutes or until the cheese is melted.

Add the beef and onion mixture to the hoagie rolls.
