Ingredients
- 1 lb thinly sliced ribeye steak
- 4 hoagie rolls
- 4 slices of pepper jack cheese
- 1 diced onion
- 1 diced green pepper
- 1 diced red pepper
- 4 minced garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp chipotle sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium high heat.

Add sliced steak and season with salt and pepper, cook until browned (about 5 minutes).

Add diced onion, green pepper, red pepper, and garlic to the skillet and cook for another 5 minutes.

Add chipotle sauce and stir to combine.

Place a slice of pepper jack cheese on each hoagie roll and toast in the oven for 5 minutes.
