How To Make Gino’s Cannoli Recipe

- 8 cannoli shells
- 1 cup of ricotta cheese
- 1/4 cup of powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup of mini chocolate chips
- 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract
- Oil for frying

In a bowl, mix together the ricotta cheese, powdered sugar, chocolate chips, and vanilla extract.

Spoon the mixture into a piping bag or a ziplock bag with the corner cut off.
