How To Make Gino’s Cannoli Recipe

  • 8 cannoli shells
  • 1 cup of ricotta cheese
  • 1/4 cup of powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup of mini chocolate chips
  • 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract
  • Oil for frying


  1. In a bowl, mix together the ricotta cheese, powdered sugar, chocolate chips, and vanilla extract.

  2. Spoon the mixture into a piping bag or a ziplock bag with the corner cut off.

  3. Heat the oil in a pan over medium-high heat.

  4. Fry the cannoli shells, holding them with tongs to ensure they cook evenly, until golden brown.

  5. Drain the shells on paper towels.

  6. Fill each shell with the ricotta mixture using the piping bag or ziplock bag.

  7. Dust with powdered sugar and serve.
