Authentic Italian dessert made with crispy fried pastry shell filled with creamy sweet ricotta cheese filling.

  • 8 Cannoli shells
  • 1 cup Whole Milk Ricotta cheese
  • 1/4 cup Confectioners sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Pure Vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup Mini chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup Chopped pistachios
  • Canola oil for frying


  1. In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, confectioners sugar, and vanilla extract. Add chocolate chips and mix well.

  2. Transfer filling to a piping bag and fill each cannoli shell from both sides.

  3. Garnish with pistachios and serve.
