How To Make Sbarro’s Cannoli Recipe

Crispy, fried pastry dough tubes filled with creamy, sweet ricotta cheese filling.

  • 8 cannoli shells
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
  • Vegetable oil for frying


  1. In a mixing bowl, beat ricotta cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.

  2. Fold in mini chocolate chips.

  3. Spoon filling into a piping bag.

  4. Heat vegetable oil in a pan.

  5. Fry cannoli shells until golden brown.

  6. Drain on paper towels.

  7. Allow cannoli shells to cool to room temperature.

  8. Fill cannoli shells with ricotta cheese mixture.

  9. Serve and enjoy!
