These crab cakes are the perfect balance of sweet crab meat and zesty seasonings.

Ingredients
- 1 lb. fresh lump crabmeat
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- Lemon wedges, for serving

In a large bowl, combine the crabmeat, mayonnaise, bread crumbs, green onions, parsley, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay, salt, and pepper.

Mix until well combined.

Form the mixture into 8 crab cakes.

In a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt the butter.

Once the butter is melted, add the crab cakes to the skillet and cook until golden brown, about 4-5 minutes on each side.
