How To Make Dunkin Donuts Vanilla Frosted Donut Recipe
Soft and fluffy donuts with a creamy vanilla frosting that will melt in your mouth.
Serves:
Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp whole milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a donut pan with non-stick cooking spray.

In a medium bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, nutmeg, and salt.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the melted butter, milk, egg, and vanilla extract.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.

Spoon the batter into the prepared donut pan, filling each mold about 2/3 full.

Bake for 12-15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Remove from the oven and let the donuts cool in the pan for 10 minutes before removing them from the pan to cool completely on a wire rack.

In a small bowl, whisk together the powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth. Once the donuts have cooled, dip each donut into the glaze, and let the excess glaze drip off before placing them back onto the wire rack to dry.
