Ingredients

  • 8 slices of bacon
  • 8 eggs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 flour tortillas
  • 4 slices of American cheese
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Cook bacon in a large skillet until crispy. Remove from skillet and set aside on paper towels.

  2. In the same skillet, scramble eggs with salt and pepper until fully cooked.

  3. Warm tortillas in the microwave for 10-15 seconds or in a heated skillet for 30 seconds on each side.

  4. Place a slice of cheese on each tortilla, then divide the bacon and scrambled eggs evenly among the tortillas.

  5. Roll each tortilla tightly and secure with toothpicks if needed.

  6. Heat a pan on medium heat and lightly coat with cooking spray.

  7. Place wraps in the pan seam-side down and cook for 1-2 minutes on each side until the cheese is melted and the tortilla is lightly browned.

  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
