How To Make Dots Oatmeal Raisin Cookies Recipe
Soft, chewy and delicious oatmeal raisin cookies that are dotted with sweet raisins and make the perfect snack!

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 cups old fashioned oats
- 1 cup raisins
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, cream together butter, white sugar and brown sugar until light and fluffy.

Beat in egg and vanilla extract until well combined.

In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda and salt.

Gradually add dry mixture into wet ingredients until a dough forms.

Fold in oats and raisins until evenly combined.

Drop tablespoons of cookie dough onto prepared baking tray and bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.

Let cool for 5 minutes on the tray before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
