How To Make Dots Butter Pecan Ice Cream Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions

In a large saucepan, heat the milk, cream and sugar over medium heat. Stir until the sugar dissolves.

Remove the pan from heat and stir in the pecans, butter, vanilla and salt until smooth. Let the mixture cool for 15 minutes.

Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Transfer the ice cream to a container and freeze for at least 4 hours.
