How To Make Dots Lemon Bars Recipe
Refreshing and tangy lemon bars with a buttery crust and dotted with powdered sugar.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 large eggs
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- Powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Cream butter and powdered sugar together until fluffy, then gradually add in flour and salt and mix till it forms a dough.

Press dough mixture onto an 8×8 inch baking pan, prick with a fork, and bake for 17-20 minutes or until lightly browned.

Meanwhile, whisk eggs, sugar, lemon juice, lemon zest and baking powder together until blended.

Pour mixture over the baked crust and bake for another 15-18 minutes or until set, and the edges are golden.

Let the bars cool completely and dust with powdered sugar.

Slice and serve.
