Delicious and authentic Mexican tacos filled with juicy carnitas and fresh toppings.

Ingredients
- 2 lbs. boneless pork shoulder, cut into cubes
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp. chili powder
- 1 tbsp. cumin
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 8 corn tortillas
- 1 cup diced onion
- 1 cup diced tomato
- 1 cup diced avocado
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
Instructions

In a large bowl, combine the pork, orange juice, lime juice, olive oil, garlic, chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, pepper, and cinnamon. Mix well and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight.

Preheat the oven to 325°F. Transfer the pork and marinade to a roasting pan and roast for 2-3 hours, until the pork is tender and the liquid has evaporated.

Meanwhile, heat the tortillas on a griddle or in a dry skillet until lightly charred on both sides.

Serve the carnitas on the warm tortillas, topped with onion, tomato, avocado, and cilantro. Serve with lime wedges on the side.
