How To Make Coconut Oil Fried Rice Recipe

Delicious fried rice made with coconut oil and packed with flavor!

  • 2 cups cooked white rice
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 cup frozen peas and carrots
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: 2 green onions, chopped for garnish


  1. In a large skillet, heat up coconut oil over medium-high heat.

  2. Add onion, garlic, ginger, and red bell pepper and sauté for 3-4 minutes.

  3. Add peas and carrots, salt, and pepper and sauté another 2-3 minutes.

  4. Add rice and soy sauce, and stir to combine.

  5. Cook for 5-7 minutes or until the rice is heated through.

  6. Serve hot with chopped green onions, if desired.
