How To Make Dairy Free Cauliflower Fried Rice Recipe

A healthy and flavorful alternative to traditional fried rice made with cauliflower.

Ingredients

  • 1 head of cauliflower, riced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 carrots, peeled and diced
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 3 tbsp coconut aminos
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Pulse cauliflower in a food processor until it resembles rice.

  2. In a stir fry pan, heat sesame oil over medium heat.

  3. Add onion and garlic and sauté until translucent.

  4. Add carrots and peas, stir-fry until cooked.

  5. Mix in cauliflower, stirring until cauliflower rice is tender.

  6. Season with coconut aminos, salt and pepper.

  7. Top with green onions and serve hot.
