How To Make Buffalo Chicken & Blue Cheese Slaw

Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp blue cheese crumbles
- 1 tbsp white vinegar
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
- 4 cups coleslaw mix
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 4 burger buns
Instructions

Preheat grill to medium heat.

Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.

Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes per side, or until cooked through.

Brush chicken with buffalo sauce during the last few minutes of grilling.

In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, blue cheese, vinegar, and mustard to make the slaw dressing.

In a large bowl, toss coleslaw mix with the slaw dressing.

Toast burger buns on the grill for 1-2 minutes.

Place grilled chicken breast on the bottom bun, top with a generous amount of blue cheese slaw, and sprinkle with green onions.
