Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp blue cheese crumbles
  • 1 tbsp white vinegar
  • 1 tsp dijon mustard
  • 4 cups coleslaw mix
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 4 burger buns

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium heat.

  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.

  3. Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes per side, or until cooked through.

  4. Brush chicken with buffalo sauce during the last few minutes of grilling.

  5. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, blue cheese, vinegar, and mustard to make the slaw dressing.

  6. In a large bowl, toss coleslaw mix with the slaw dressing.

  7. Toast burger buns on the grill for 1-2 minutes.

  8. Place grilled chicken breast on the bottom bun, top with a generous amount of blue cheese slaw, and sprinkle with green onions.

  9. Serve immediately.
