  • 2 lbs chicken wings
  • 1/2 cup hot sauce
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup blue cheese dressing
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

  2. In a large bowl, combine the hot sauce and melted butter.

  3. In a separate bowl, mix the flour, salt, and black pepper.

  4. Dip each chicken wing into the hot sauce mixture, then coat with the flour mixture.

  5. Place the coated wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the wings are crispy and cooked through.

  7. In a small bowl, mix the blue cheese dressing, sour cream, crumbled blue cheese, and chopped parsley.

  8. Serve the buffalo wings with the blue cheese dip on the side.
