How To Make Crispy Buffalo Chicken Wontons

Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked and shredded chicken
- 1/4 cup hot sauce
- 1/4 cup cream cheese
- 1/4 cup blue cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup celery, diced
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
- 24 wonton wrappers
- Vegetable oil, for frying
- Optional garnish: extra hot sauce, blue cheese crumbles, green onions
Instructions

In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked shredded chicken, hot sauce, cream cheese, blue cheese, green onions, celery, and ranch dressing. Mix until well combined.

Place a small spoonful of the buffalo chicken mixture in the center of each wonton wrapper. Brush the edges of the wrapper with water and fold into a triangle, pressing the edges to seal.

Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan or pot to 375°F (190°C). Fry the wontons in batches until crispy and golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side. Drain on paper towels.
