How To Make Anabolic French Toast

Bodybuilders will probably be already familiar with what an anabolic french toast is. This is a great dish to try after your bulking phase.

Ingredients

  • 6 slices bread
  • 6 egg whites
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 4 packets zero calorie sweetener
  • sugar free syrup

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Cut bread into cubes. Add bread to a large bowl.

  2. Add egg whites, sugar, cinnamon and mix well. Pour into a greased baking pan that is approximately 6×4-inches. Bake for 30 minutes.
