Copycat Cracker Barrel French Toast with Blueberries Recipe

How To Make Copycat Cracker Barrel French Toast with Blueberries

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • pinch salt
  • butter (for cooking)
  • 8 bread (thick slices)
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries (for topping)
  • maple syrup (for topping)
  1. Begin this recipe for copycat Cracker Barrel French toast with blueberries by whisking together your eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla, and salt in a medium bowl.
  2. Once well combined, set aside and continue.
  3. Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
  4. Lightly grease the pan with about a tablespoon of butter.
