How To Make Chai Spiced Breakfast Quinoa
This chai spiced breakfast quinoa is an easy prep meal that bursts with delicious flavors from cinnamon, ginger, and honey — not to mention it’s vegan!
Ingredients
- 2cupsalmond milk,plus more for serving
- 1cupdry quinoa
- ½tspground cinnamon
- ¼tspground ginger
- 1pinchcloves
- 1pinchcardamom
- 1pinchsalt
- 2tbsphoney,or to taste
- ¼tspvanilla extract,optional
Instructions

In a medium saucepan, bring almond milk, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, cardamom, and salt to a boil. Stir in quinoa and reduce heat to a low.

Cover with lid and allow to simmer for about 15 to 20 minutes until almond milk has been absorbed and quinoa is tender.

Stir in honey and vanilla. Serve warm topped with more almond milk.
