Ingredients
- ¼cupuncooked pre-washed quinoa,or rinse well under water
- ½cupunsweetened almond milk
- ½tspcinnamon
- ½tspvanilla extract
- 2tsphoney
- 1medium banana,sliced
- 6strawberries,sliced
- ½cupblueberries
- 2tsphemp seeds,pepitas or nuts
- ¼cupwarmed almond milk
Instructions

Fill a small pot of almond milk, cinnamon, and vanilla, then bring to a boil. Reduce heat to a simmer

Add quinoa. Cover and cook on Low for about 20 to 25 minutes until liquid evaporates.

Fluff with a fork.

Divide the hot quinoa into 2 bowls. Top each with sliced fruit and hemp seeds.

Drizzle with honey. Add warm milk if desired.
