How To Make Berry Quinoa Breakfast Bowls

This Berry Quinoa Breakfast Bowl is a healthy and delicious way to start your day! Made with quinoa, banana, strawberries, blueberries, and honey drizzle.

Total: 30 minutes



  • ¼cupuncooked pre-washed quinoa,or rinse well under water
  • ½cupunsweetened almond milk
  • ½tspcinnamon
  • ½tspvanilla extract
  • 2tsphoney
  • 1medium banana,sliced
  • 6strawberries,sliced
  • ½cupblueberries
  • 2tsphemp seeds,pepitas or nuts
  • ¼cupwarmed almond milk


  1. Fill a small pot of almond milk, cinnamon, and vanilla, then bring to a boil. Reduce heat to a simmer

  2. Add quinoa. Cover and cook on Low for about 20 to 25 minutes until liquid evaporates.

  3. Fluff with a fork.

  4. Divide the hot quinoa into 2 bowls. Top each with sliced fruit and hemp seeds.

  5. Drizzle with honey. Add warm milk if desired.
