How To Make Open-Faced Omelet with Avocado and Pico de Gallo

Kick start your day with a place of this open-faced omelet. This 15-minute dish comes with avocado slices and easy, refreshing salsa.

  • cooking spray
  • 1large egg
  • 1large egg white
  • salt and pepper,to taste
  • 1ozHaas avocado,(¼ small), sliced
  • 2tbsppico de gallo


  1. In a small bowl, beat the egg and egg white, then add salt and pepper.

  2. Heat a medium nonstick skillet over medium-low heat. Spray with oil and pour the eggs. Cook for about 2 to 3 minutes until they set, then slide onto the plate.

  3. Top with avocado and pico de gallo and enjoy,
