How To Make Omelet in a Bag

Ingredients
- 8 large eggs
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 1/4 cup diced vegetables (bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, etc.)
- 1/4 cup diced cooked ham or bacon
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional toppings: salsa, sour cream, herbs
Instructions

Fill a large pot with water and bring it to a boil.

In a bowl, whisk the eggs and season with salt and pepper.

Divide the cheese, vegetables, and meat evenly into 4 resealable bags.

Pour the whisked eggs into each bag, seal tightly, and gently squish to mix the contents.

Carefully place the bags into the boiling water and cook for 12-14 minutes.

Remove the bags from the water, open them carefully, and slide the omelet onto a plate.
