Instructions

  1. Fill a large pot with water and bring it to a boil.

  2. In a bowl, whisk the eggs and season with salt and pepper.

  3. Divide the cheese, vegetables, and meat evenly into 4 resealable bags.

  4. Pour the whisked eggs into each bag, seal tightly, and gently squish to mix the contents.

  5. Carefully place the bags into the boiling water and cook for 12-14 minutes.

  6. Remove the bags from the water, open them carefully, and slide the omelet onto a plate.

  7. Add optional toppings if desired.
