How To Make Open-Faced Ham and Cheese Sandwich

A delicious and easy-to-make open-faced sandwich packed with ham and melted cheese.

Ingredients

  • 4 slices of bread
  • 8 slices of ham
  • 4 slices of cheese
  • 2 tbsp of mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp of Dijon mustard
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. Toast bread and spread with mayonnaise and Dijon mustard.

  3. Add 2 slices of ham to each slice of bread.

  4. Top each sandwich with a slice of cheese.

  5. Bake sandwiches in preheated oven until cheese is melted, about 5 minutes.

  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
