How To Make Open-Faced Turkey Sandwich

A delicious and easy-to-make open-faced turkey sandwich that’s perfect for a quick lunch or dinner.

Serves:

Ingredients

  • 4 slices of bread
  • 1/2 lb cooked turkey breast, sliced
  • 4 tbsp cranberry sauce
  • 4 slices of provolone cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.

  2. Toast the bread slices in the oven for 5 minutes.

  3. Spread 1 tbsp cranberry sauce on each slice of bread.

  4. Top each slice with turkey breast slices.

  5. Add a slice of provolone cheese on top of each sandwich.

  6. Melt 2 tbsp butter in a pan and drizzle over the sandwiches.

  7. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

  8. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

  9. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.

  10. Serve and enjoy!
