This rocky road oatmeal will turn your favorite ice cream flavor into a healthy breakfast meal made with nuts, chocolate, oats, and marshmallow in one bowl.

- ½cupoats
- 1cupmilk
- 1tbsppacked brown sugar
- ½tbspcocoa powder
- pinchsalt
- ⅛tspvanilla
- 1tbspchopped walnuts,pecans or almonds
- ¼mini marshmallows
- 1tbspmilk chocolate,or semi-sweet chocolate chips
- Additional milk,or half and half for drizzling if desired
Instructions

In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine oats, milk, brown sugar, cocoa powder, and salt. Microwave on high for 3½ minutes.

Allow to rest for 2 minutes then remove from microwave and stir in vanilla. Top with nuts, marshmallows, and chocolate chips, serve warm.
