How To Make Easy Asparagus Frittata Recipe

- 1 bunch of asparagus, trimmed and cut into small pieces
- 6 eggs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, Parmesan cheese, milk, salt, and black pepper.

Heat the olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat.

Add the asparagus to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes until slightly tender.

Pour the egg mixture over the asparagus in the skillet and gently stir to distribute the ingredients.

Cook for 3-4 minutes on the stove until the edges start to set.

Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes until the frittata is set and slightly golden on top.

Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
