How To Make Asparagus and Goat Cheese Frittata Recipe
A delicious and simple frittata perfect for breakfast or brunch!

- 8 eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 cup crumbled goat cheese
- 1/2 cup asparagus spears, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 tablespoon butter
Instructions

Preheat broiler to high.

In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, salt, and pepper.

Heat butter in a large non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add asparagus and cook until tender, about 5 minutes.

Pour egg mixture into the skillet and cook until the edges start to set, about 3-4 minutes.

Sprinkle the goat cheese evenly over the top of the frittata.

Place skillet under the broiler and broil until the top is golden brown and the eggs are set, about 5-6 minutes.
