- 6 large eggs
- 1 small zucchini, sliced
- 1 tsp fresh marjoram leaves, chopped
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil

Preheat the oven to 375°F.

In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, salt, pepper, and marjoram.

Heat the olive oil in a 10-inch oven-safe skillet over medium heat.
