How To Make Reuben Roll Ups

Whip up a quick appetizer with these Reuben roll ups made with crescent rolls stuffed with corned beef, swiss cheese, and sauerkraut, baked until brown.

Ingredients

  • 1pkgcrescent rolls,8 count
  • ½cupThousand Island dressing
  • 4ozcorned beef
  • 4ozswiss cheese
  • 1cupsauerkraut,drained and lightly squeezed dry

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

  2. Unroll and divide the crescent rolls.

  3. On each roll, place 1 tablespoon sauce, 1/2 oz corned beef, 1/2 oz cheese, and 2 tablespoons sauerkraut. Roll up and place on a parchment-lined pan.

  4. Bake for 13 to 15 minutes or until lightly browned.

  5. Serve with extra thousand island dressing for dipping.
