  • 1 bundle fresh asparagus
  • 1 lb smoked white turkey breast sliced
  • 1 lb Swiss cheese sliced
  • 6 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1 stick stick butter
  • pepper to taste


  1. Parboil the fresh asparagus and set it aside.

  2. Next, toast the sesame seeds lightly in a small skillet until they turn golden.

  3. After toasting the sesame seeds, melt the butter in a bowl and set aside.

  4. Top one slice of smoked turkey with a slice of Swiss cheese and sprinkle them with pepper. After that, add 2-3 pieces of asparagus and make a roll.

  5. Coat each wrap in melted butter and sprinkle it with toasted sesame seeds.
