How To Make Cheese Roll-ups

Ingredients
- 4 large tortillas
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup chopped black olives
- 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a medium bowl, mix the shredded cheddar cheese, cream cheese, green onions, black olives, and diced tomatoes.

Place a tortilla on a clean surface and spread a generous amount of the cheese mixture evenly over the tortilla.

Roll up the tortilla tightly and place it on a baking sheet.

Repeat with the remaining tortillas and cheese mixture.

Brush the roll-ups with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes or until the roll-ups are golden and crispy.

Remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
