Ingredients

  • 4 large tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup chopped black olives
  • 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. In a medium bowl, mix the shredded cheddar cheese, cream cheese, green onions, black olives, and diced tomatoes.

  3. Place a tortilla on a clean surface and spread a generous amount of the cheese mixture evenly over the tortilla.

  4. Roll up the tortilla tightly and place it on a baking sheet.

  5. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and cheese mixture.

  6. Brush the roll-ups with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes or until the roll-ups are golden and crispy.

  8. Remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
