How To Make Carrot Bread
Every slice of this carrot bread is loaded with the flavors of cinnamon and nutmeg, with added crunch from walnuts. Easy to prep in just 10 minutes!

Ingredients
- 2large eggs
- 1cupsugar
- ⅔cupvegetable oil
- 1cupflour
- ¾tspbaking soda
- 1tspcinnamon
- 1tspnutmeg
- ½tspsalt
- 1½cupscarrots,shredded
- 1½cupswalnuts,chopped
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Beat the eggs, then mix in the sugar and vegetable oil. Add in the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Beat well.

Stir in the carrots and 1 cup of the walnuts.

Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan and pour in the batter. Top with the remaining walnuts.

Bake for 1 hour. Test for doneness by inserting a toothpick and removing it. If any batter sticks to the toothpick, continue to bake until done.

Remove from oven and allow to cool for 10 minutes before removing from loaf pan.

Serve with tea or coffee, and enjoy!
