- 8 oz. water
- 1 large egg
- 1 ¼ tsp. salt
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 3 oz. Asiago cheese, finely shredded
- 1 oz. romano cheese, or parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup yellow cornmeal
- 2 ¾ cups bread flour , or unbleached flour
- 2 tsp. active dry yeast

Place all ingredients in a bread machine pan in the order listed, or in the order recommended for your machine.
