How To Make 10-Minute Steak & Noodle Supper

Ingredients
- 1 lb steak, thinly sliced
- 8 oz egg noodles
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Green onions, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions

Cook the egg noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, and grated ginger.

Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the sliced steak to the skillet and season with salt and pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes until browned.

Add the broccoli florets and bell pepper slices to the skillet and cook for another 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.

Pour the sauce mixture over the steak and vegetables in the skillet. Stir to coat everything evenly.

Add the cooked egg noodles to the skillet and toss well to combine all the ingredients.

Cook for another 1-2 minutes until everything is heated through.

Serve the steak and noodle mixture in bowls, garnished with chopped green onions.
