How To Make Miso Steak with Noodle Salad

Ingredients
- 4 steak cuts (such as ribeye or sirloin)
- 1/4 cup miso paste
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp honey
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 inch ginger, grated
- 8 oz udon noodles
- 1 cucumber, julienned
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
Instructions

In a bowl, mix miso paste, soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, garlic, and ginger. Rub the mixture over the steak cuts and marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Cook the udon noodles according to package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water.

In a large bowl, combine the cucumber, carrot, bell pepper, cilantro, rice vinegar, and cooked udon noodles. Toss to mix well.

Preheat the grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the marinated steak for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until desired doneness. Let the steak rest for a few minutes before slicing.

Serve the sliced steak on a bed of noodle salad. Garnish with sesame seeds.
