- 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1 can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 red onion, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped parsley
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons honey
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

In a large bowl, mix together the drained and rinsed beans, chopped red onion, bell pepper, and parsley.

In a small bowl, whisk together the apple cider vinegar, olive oil, honey, salt, and pepper.

Pour the dressing over the bean mixture and toss until well combined.
