
How To Make Shrimp Nachos
Level up your snack game with these shrimp nachos, made with boiled shrimp, cheese sauce, pico de gallo, and tortilla chips, for a mouthwatering plate.

Ingredients
- 1cupcheddar cheese,mild
- ¼cupMonterey Jack Cheese
- 4ozcream cheese
- ¼cupmilk
- ½lbshrimp,raw peeled and deveined shrimp
- 2Roma tomatoes,diced
- 1tbspred onion,chopped fine
- 1tspjalapeno pepper,or more if desired
- 2tspcilantro,chopped
- 3slicesfresh jalapeno pepper,for garnish
- 2tbspsour cream,for garnish
- 4oztortilla chips
Instructions

Drop the shrimp into a medium-sized pot of boiling water.

Cook shrimp for 2 to 4 minutes until they turn pink, and remove immediately.

Prepare cheese sauce by combining Monterey Jack cheese, Cheddar cheese, and cream cheese in a medium-sized pot over Low to medium heat. Add milk to thin the sauce.

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F, place tortilla chips on a heat-resistant plate. Heat chips for approximately 5 to 7 minutes.

While the chips are heating prepare the pico de gallo by combining the tomatoes, chopped jalapeno pepper, onion, together.
To Assemble:

Spoon cheese sauce over the nachos. Then top with the pico de gallo, top with shrimp.

Garnish nachos with sour cream, and slices of fresh jalapeno peppers. Enjoy!
