How To Make Sweet Potato Curly Fries with Barbecue Seasoning

Ingredients
- 2 large sweet potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon barbecue seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions

Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Peel the sweet potatoes and cut off the ends. Use a spiralizer to create curly fries.

In a large bowl, toss the sweet potato curls with olive oil, barbecue seasoning, and salt until evenly coated.

Spread the sweet potato curls in a single layer on the baking sheet.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the fries are crispy and golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
