  • 2 large sweet potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon barbecue seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Peel the sweet potatoes and cut off the ends. Use a spiralizer to create curly fries.

  3. In a large bowl, toss the sweet potato curls with olive oil, barbecue seasoning, and salt until evenly coated.

  4. Spread the sweet potato curls in a single layer on the baking sheet.

  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the fries are crispy and golden brown.

  6. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
