Ingredients
- 8 oz. Kasseri cheese
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp brandy
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions

Cut the Kasseri cheese into 1/2-inch-thick slices.

Dredge the cheese slices in flour, shaking off any excess.

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add the cheese slices to the hot oil and cook until golden brown, about 2 minutes per side.

Remove the skillet from the heat and carefully add the brandy.

Ignite the brandy with a long match or lighter and let it burn for a few seconds until the flames subside.

Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the cheese and sprinkle with chopped parsley.

Serve the Saganaki immediately while it is still hot and gooey.
