  • ¾ cupsalted toasted almondschopped
  • 8ozcream cheese
  • 8ozNeufchatel cheese
  • ¾ cupCheddar cheesefinely grated
  • ¾ cupMonterey Jack cheesefinely grated
  • ¼cupParmesan cheesefinely grated
  • 6slicesbaconcooked and crumbled
  • 1tbspranch dressing mix
  • ¼tsponion powder
  • tspblack pepperfreshly ground


  1. Place almonds on a large plate or cutting board, set aside.

  2. Combine remaining ingredients in large mixing bowl. Blend well with a fork.

  3. Form mixture into a ball and roll ball over almonds coating all sides.

  4. Chill in refrigerator overnight.

  5. Serve with crackers.
