- ¾ cupsalted toasted almondschopped
- 8ozcream cheese
- 8ozNeufchatel cheese
- ¾ cupCheddar cheesefinely grated
- ¾ cupMonterey Jack cheesefinely grated
- ¼cupParmesan cheesefinely grated
- 6slicesbaconcooked and crumbled
- 1tbspranch dressing mix
- ¼tsponion powder
- â…›tspblack pepperfreshly ground
Instructions

Place almonds on a large plate or cutting board, set aside.

Combine remaining ingredients in large mixing bowl. Blend well with a fork.

Form mixture into a ball and roll ball over almonds coating all sides.
