How To Make Almond Flour Pizza Crust Recipe

A gluten-free and low-carb alternative to traditional pizza crust made with almond flour.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together almond flour, eggs, olive oil, basil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.

  3. Form the dough into a ball and place it between two sheets of parchment paper.

  4. Use a rolling pin to flatten the dough into a 10-12 inch circle.

  5. Remove the top sheet of parchment paper and slide the crust, along with the bottom parchment paper, onto a baking sheet or pizza stone.

  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes until lightly golden.

  7. Add desired toppings and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
