Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tsp gelatin
  • 1/2 cup diced mango
  • 1/4 cup crushed ginger nuts

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, heat the coconut milk, heavy cream, and sugar until it starts to simmer.

  2. In a separate bowl, sprinkle the gelatin over 1/4 cup of cold water and let it bloom for 5 minutes.

  3. Add the bloomed gelatin to the hot coconut milk mixture and whisk until fully dissolved.

  4. Pour the mixture into individual serving glasses and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.

  5. Once the panna cotta is set, top each glass with diced mango and crushed ginger nuts.

  6. Serve chilled and enjoy!
