How To Make Coconut Panna Cotta with Mango & Ginger Nuts

Ingredients
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tsp gelatin
- 1/2 cup diced mango
- 1/4 cup crushed ginger nuts
Instructions

In a saucepan, heat the coconut milk, heavy cream, and sugar until it starts to simmer.

In a separate bowl, sprinkle the gelatin over 1/4 cup of cold water and let it bloom for 5 minutes.

Add the bloomed gelatin to the hot coconut milk mixture and whisk until fully dissolved.

Pour the mixture into individual serving glasses and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.

Once the panna cotta is set, top each glass with diced mango and crushed ginger nuts.
