
How To Make Country Ham Biscuits with Honey Sriracha Mayo

Ingredients
For Biscuits:
- 2cupsflour
- 4tspbaking powder
- 1tspsalt
- ¼tspbaking soda
- 2tbspshortening
- 2tbspbutter,diced
- 1cupbuttermilk
- 15slicescountry ham
For Mayo:
- ¼cupHellmann’s real mayonnaise
- 1tbsphoney
- ¼tspSriracha sauce
Instructions

Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.

In a bowl, whisk together the dry biscuit ingredients.

Cut in the butter and shortening until the mixture is crumbly.

Mix in the buttermilk, and knead until it forms a dough.

Cut dough into 5 cylinders, 4-inches in diameter. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, until golden brown.

In another bowl, mix the mayo, honey, and Sriracha.

Split the biscuits in half.

Spread the honey Sriracha mayo on one half.

Lay 3 slices of country ham on the other half.
