How To Make Delicata Squash and Brussels Sprouts Skillet Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 delicata squash, sliced into half moons
  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/4 cup pecans, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and heat until shimmering.

  2. Add sliced delicata squash and Brussels sprouts to the skillet. Sauté for 8-10 minutes until vegetables are tender and lightly browned.

  3. Add minced garlic, dried thyme, salt and pepper to the skillet. Stir well and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.

  4. Sprinkle chopped pecans over the vegetable mixture and cook for another 1-2 minutes until heated through.

  5. Serve hot and enjoy!
