How To Make Delicata Squash and Brussels Sprouts Skillet Recipe
A flavorful skillet dish with seasonal vegetables and herbs.

Ingredients
- 1 delicata squash, sliced into half moons
- 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/4 cup pecans, chopped
Instructions

In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and heat until shimmering.

Add sliced delicata squash and Brussels sprouts to the skillet. Sauté for 8-10 minutes until vegetables are tender and lightly browned.

Add minced garlic, dried thyme, salt and pepper to the skillet. Stir well and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.

Sprinkle chopped pecans over the vegetable mixture and cook for another 1-2 minutes until heated through.
