This delicious White BBQ Sauce tastes exactly just like Big Bob Gibson’s original! This version is easy to whip at home with mayo, apple cider, and lemon.

- ½cupmayonnaise
- 2tbspapple cider vinegar
- 1tbspwhite sugar
- ½tsplemon juice
- ½tsphorseradish,prepared
- ½tspsalt
- ½tspground black pepper
- ⅛tspcayenne pepper
- 2tbspwater,or more to taste
Instructions

Stir the mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, lemon juice, horseradish, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper together in a bowl until smooth.

Slowly stream the water into the sauce, increasing the amount until the desired consistency is reached.
