This cream cheese spread recipe is definitely not your regular plain spread. It’s sweet but has some savory and spicy elements to it as well. For presentation, you can arrange the cut grapes on top to resemble a bunch of grapes.

  • 16 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup prepared mango chutney
  • 1/2 tsp. curry powder
  • 1 tbsp. brandy
  • 1/3 cup almonds, sliced
  • 1 tbsp. shallots, minced
  • 1 lb. green grapes


  1. Combine all the ingredients except the grapes and mix well.

  2. Cut some of the grapes in half and mix into the spread.

  3. Serve with remaining grapes and crackers.
