How To Make Chocolate Hazelnut Ice Cream Cheesecake

Ingredients

  • 1 cup chocolate hazelnut spread
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 pint chocolate hazelnut ice cream
  • whipped cream, for topping
  • chocolate shavings, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. In a bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.

  3. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Add the eggs, one at a time, and continue to mix until well combined.

  4. Pour half of the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the springform pan. Spread the chocolate hazelnut spread evenly over the cream cheese layer. Pour the remaining cream cheese mixture over the chocolate hazelnut spread.

  5. Bake for 45 minutes or until the center is set. Allow the cheesecake to cool completely.

  6. Once the cheesecake has cooled, spread the chocolate hazelnut ice cream over the top. Place the cheesecake in the freezer for at least 4 hours or until firm.

  7. Before serving, remove the sides of the springform pan. Top with whipped cream and chocolate shavings.

  8. Slice and serve.
