Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 1 cup lump crab meat
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp Old Bay seasoning
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Crackers, chips, or sliced baguette for serving

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well until smooth.

  2. Spread half of the cream cheese mixture evenly onto the bottom of a serving dish or pie plate.

  3. Layer half of the chopped shrimp and crab meat over the cream cheese mixture.

  4. Spread the remaining cream cheese mixture over the seafood layer.

  5. Top with the remaining shrimp and crab meat.

  6. Sprinkle chopped green onions and grated Parmesan cheese over the top.

  7. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to meld.

  8. Serve chilled with crackers, chips, or sliced baguette.
