How To Make Flax Seed and Peanut Butter Cookies
A crunchy and nutty cookie made with the goodness of flax seeds and rich taste of peanut butter.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup ground flax seeds
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions

Preheat oven at 350F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour and ground flax seeds.

In a separate bowl, cream together peanut butter and brown sugar. Add in egg and vanilla extract and mix well.

Gradually stir in dry ingredients until a dough forms.

Using a tablespoon, scoop dough and roll into balls. Flatten with a fork to create a criss-cross pattern.

Bake for 12-15 minutes until lightly golden brown.

Let cool for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
